Act of Proclamation and Cultural Independence of the Cultural Republic of Auralis

Preamble

We, the Founder and cultural participants of the Cultural Republic of Auralis,
acting by free will, imagination, and peaceful intent,
declare through this Act the formal proclamation and cultural independence of Auralis.

This declaration is made to affirm the existence of a sovereign cultural entity,
rooted in creativity, dignity, voluntary association, and respect for meaning,
independent in spirit and expression from all existing political, economic, or military powers.

Article I – Proclamation

1. The Cultural Republic of Auralis is hereby proclaimed as an independent cultural republic.

2. This independence is symbolic, peaceful, and non-territorial in coercive terms.

3. Auralis exists by virtue of shared recognition, cultural continuity, and conscious participation.

Article II – Nature of Independence

1. The independence of Auralis is cultural, symbolic, and voluntary.

2. Auralis does not seek secession, conflict, or confrontation with any nation or authority.

3. This Act does not deny or replace the legal citizenship of any participant in their country of origin.

Article III – Authority and Legitimacy

1. Authority in Auralis arises from its Constitution and the consent of its citizens.

2. The Founder and Cultural President is entrusted with proclaiming this Act on behalf of Auralis.

3. Cultural legitimacy derives from continued creative, ethical, and peaceful practice.

Article IV – Territory

1. Auralis associates itself with symbolic and remote geographic references.

2. Such references serve cultural and imaginative purposes only.

3. No inhabited territory or population is claimed or governed.

Article V – Values and Commitments

Auralis hereby commits itself to:

1. Peace, non-aggression, and dialogue.

2. Freedom of expression, art, and thought.

3. Respect for nature and cultural heritage.

4. The rejection of coercion, violence, and exploitation.

5. The preservation of dignity, meaning, and deliberate creation.

Article VI – Recognition and Relations

1. Auralis extends goodwill to all nations, cultures, and peoples.

2. Diplomatic and cultural relations may be proposed on a voluntary and non-binding basis.

3. Recognition by others is welcomed but not required for Auralian existence.

Article VII – Entry into Force

1. This Act enters into force upon its proclamation.

2. It shall be preserved as a foundational document of Auralis.

3. It shall be interpreted in harmony with the Constitution of the Cultural Republic of Auralis.

Constitution of the Cultural Republic of Auralis

Preamble

We, the participants and citizens of the Cultural Republic of Auralis,
guided by imagination, cultural dignity, and voluntary association,
establish this Constitution to affirm symbolic sovereignty, creative freedom,
peaceful coexistence, and respect for meaning,
thereby founding Auralis as a cultural republic of conscience and creation.

Article I – The State

1. The official name of the nation is The Cultural Republic of Auralis (“Auralis”).
   
   

2. Auralis is a sovereign cultural and symbolic republic, founded on voluntary participation.
   
   

3. Auralis is peaceful, non-coercive, and non-militarized.
   
   

4. Authority in Auralis derives from its citizens and its cultural institutions.
   
   

Article II – Territory

1. The territory of Auralis is primarily symbolic and cultural in nature.
   
   

2. Auralis may associate itself with remote, uninhabited geographic references without asserting physical control.
   
   

3. Digital, artistic, and intellectual spaces may be recognized as Auralian territory.
   
   

4. Auralis does not claim inhabited land belonging to other states.
   
   

Article III – Citizenship

1. Citizenship of Auralis is voluntary and symbolic.
   
   

2. Any person may become a citizen without discrimination.
   
   

3. Categories of citizenship may include cultural, digital, honorary, or diplomatic.
   
   

4. Auralian citizenship does not replace or override citizenship of any other nation.
   
   

Article IV – Fundamental Rights

All citizens of Auralis are guaranteed:

3. The right to personal identity and self-definition.

Article V – Civic Responsibilities

Citizens of Auralis shall:

3. Respect nature, heritage, and creative integrity.
   
   

4. Avoid actions that intentionally damage the cultural mission or reputation of Auralis.
   
   

Article VI – Government and Institutions

1. Auralis is governed under a Cultural Republican System.
   
   

2. The Head of State shall be the Founder and Cultural President.
   
   

3. The President represents Auralis symbolically, culturally, and diplomatically.
   
   

4. Advisory institutions may include:
   
   

   • The Cultural Council
     
     

   • The Creative Assembly
     
     

   • The Diplomatic Circle
     
     

Article VII – Law and Justice

1. Laws of Auralis are cultural statutes and symbolic regulations.
   
   

2. Justice shall be restorative, dialogical, and educational.
   
   

3. No law may impose physical punishment, detention, or coercion.
   
   

4. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation and cultural arbitration.
   
   

Article VIII – Economy and Property

1. Auralis imposes no mandatory taxes.
   
   

2. Cultural contributions and voluntary donations may support the Republic.
   
   

3. Property within Auralis is symbolic unless otherwise agreed.

Article IX – Culture, Language, and Symbols

Article XI – Special Cultural Regulation

The Rule of Unnecessary Grandeur

1. During official Auralian acts, announcements, or ceremonies,
   any matter that could reasonably be simple shall be presented with a level of formality slightly exceeding necessity.
   
   

2. This may include ceremonial language, symbolic gestures, or exaggerated seriousness regarding trivial matters.
   
   

3. This rule carries no sanction and exists to affirm that meaning is culturally created, not merely practical.
   
   

Article XII – Amendments

1. This Constitution may be amended by the Founder and the Cultural Council.
   
   

2. Amendments must preserve fundamental rights and the peaceful nature of Auralis.
   
   

3. All amendments shall be recorded as part of constitutional history.
   
   

Article XIII – Final Provisions

1. This Constitution enters into force upon proclamation.
