declare through this Act the formal proclamation and cultural independence of Auralis.
This declaration is made to affirm the existence of a sovereign cultural entity,
rooted in creativity, dignity, voluntary association, and respect for meaning,
independent in spirit and expression from all existing political, economic, or military powers.
The Cultural Republic of Auralis is hereby proclaimed as an independent cultural republic.
This independence is symbolic, peaceful, and non-territorial in coercive terms.
Auralis exists by virtue of shared recognition, cultural continuity, and conscious participation.
The independence of Auralis is cultural, symbolic, and voluntary.
Auralis does not seek secession, conflict, or confrontation with any nation or authority.
This Act does not deny or replace the legal citizenship of any participant in their country of origin.
Authority in Auralis arises from its Constitution and the consent of its citizens.
The Founder and Cultural President is entrusted with proclaiming this Act on behalf of Auralis.
Cultural legitimacy derives from continued creative, ethical, and peaceful practice.
Auralis associates itself with symbolic and remote geographic references.
Such references serve cultural and imaginative purposes only.
No inhabited territory or population is claimed or governed.
Auralis hereby commits itself to:

The official name of the nation is The Cultural Republic of Auralis (“Auralis”).
Auralis is a sovereign cultural and symbolic republic, founded on voluntary participation.
Auralis is peaceful, non-coercive, and non-militarized.
Authority in Auralis derives from its citizens and its cultural institutions.
The territory of Auralis is primarily symbolic and cultural in nature.
Auralis may associate itself with remote, uninhabited geographic references without asserting physical control.
Digital, artistic, and intellectual spaces may be recognized as Auralian territory.
Auralis does not claim inhabited land belonging to other states.
Citizenship of Auralis is voluntary and symbolic.
Any person may become a citizen without discrimination.
Categories of citizenship may include cultural, digital, honorary, or diplomatic.
Auralian citizenship does not replace or override citizenship of any other nation.
