How was the Republic founded?

Well, Salvador Maino ( the actual president of the Cultural Republic of Auralis) has been part of another micronational project, he refuse to the ideas of the other participant because he was taking lot of control.  Then he surfed the internet and found that there was an island that was a ``Terra Nullius´´, he keep exploring because he knew of the Antartica Treaty, so he found out the extrange case of Westartica ( inspiration of Auralis), so he decided to establish the territory.

Then the history continues with some information that is classified.

The president has personally designed all the sistem of the Republic, website, forms, traditions, etc.
